ASSESSMENT CENTRE

Assessment centre is one of the best techniques which is being used by lot of organization now a days for various purposes. Let first understand what is assessment centre it means it is one type of techniques which is used to identify two types of competencies one is primary that is meant for role specific and other is secondary that is meant for organization specific.Actually Assesment centre involves different types of exercises which can measuring the key competencies which exactly requires for performing in any  organization. It is one of the best methods which gives good result.Assesment Centre involves long term process in which two or three days is consumed to identify the core competencies. One of the best example of assessment centre is SSB which selecting the indian army officers it is full proof method of good competencies. 
Advantages of using Assessmnet centre is following:
1. Find the core competencies which is require in organization role.
2. Economical  for organization.
3. Increase the output for the organization.
4. Solve any type of disputes which is going on in  organization.

At last I thought now good organization must use this assessment centre for finding out the right candidate for job.Definetely in future more and more organization will go to use this technique.
