Assessment centre is one of the best techniques which is being used by lot of organization now a days for various purposes. Let first understand what is assessment centre it means it is one type of techniques which is used to identify two types of competencies one is primary that is meant for role specific and other is secondary that is meant for organization specific.Actually Assesment centre involves different types of exercises which can measuring the key competencies which exactly requires for performing in any organization.
