HR MANAGER ROLE IN AN ORGANISATION

Hi dear friends this article is dedicated to all my friends who are doing MBA  in HR  and those who will  work in the area of human resource . I have a lot of doubt from where i start this article but let i have to start. 

HR manager has the most challenging and impressive job in organisation because he or she has to deal with human capital of organisation . I  know that the most tipical job in this earth is to undersatnd and  deal with human behaviour , but most of the employee who is working in organisation they thought that hr manager is not doing anything just sitted in a single policy and framing the policy only . But it is not fair because hr manager has to accompish one of the most difficult task of company .like hr manager has to make the chart of performance evaluation, recruitment of employee in the company , training and development of employee and at the time recession they have downsizing the employee which is one of the most difficult task. 

HR manager has to make a good relation with top manager as well as with lower level also because they have to implement and supervise the policy also . In every meeting HR manager has to attend it and afterwards they have to give their opnion also .

At last there are lot of more work done by HR department but i dont want to waste your time in writing all this you can easily understand after reading all this .
