ABOUT MYSELF

Hi dear friends this article is totally is based on myself but i could not  decide from where  i start but lets begin.
I am very simple and high thinking person. 
I am Always honest to myself because if any person is not honest to self than he/she can't able to grow in life. 
I believe in hard-work in life because i am a son  of soldier and pahari state uttarakhand which always motivate me  do hard-work in life and achieve whatever you want.
I am very logical no doubt it because of logical thinking you achieve the heights of success.
I also believe in one thing after joined this em pi college that "tit for tat "it means how a person behave with you than you also react in a same way. Otherwise this world is very bad they can go to exploit the condition and use you in a very solid way and after your usage they throw you out from their life.
My biggest strength is my smile which is gifted by god to me so whenever you find any person with a big smile than understand that is i am(KRISHNA SINGH BISHT).....
I believe in always support my  juniors because i got lot of good guidance from my seniors in my life so because all of their support i understand this new kind of people and act according to my way.
I always believe in learn new things in life because than you can adjust yourself with the time requirement and this thing help me to become a good learner which is a big quality required.
I always give my best in the situation where it requires because i don't want to give up in any situation till last moment.
I also have a very good sense of hum-our which make people smiling who are in my company and always want my company.
last but not least i belief that enjoy every moment of life because no moment come back in life..

Hi friends this article is dedicated to all those persons who never live their life in their own way.You know friends before i came to these B School i always live my life in the way others want because i always ignore my voice which comes from my heart due to which i always do those works which i don't like. So i always use by other persons to work according to them. But after come to this college i come to know that people are very shrood and they want you to use in their own purposes ,to become a successful person and live happy life always do whatever your heart says and never care for others because they always have a problem in the way you wanted to live.
But friends it is your life and you responsible for all the decisions which is taken by you, so live life in your own way and just kick these kind of people because they never good for you and always crticize you and want to pull your leg.
So at last just have fun in your life by do whatever you wanted to do.........

CONSULTANCY

Consultants are those persons who make the differences while performance of any organization employees because they are those persons who always hitted the problems of organization. Now a days the consultant demands are increasing day by day because current scenario want to compete with other companies that requires lot of homework done by the companies.Consultant are those persons who having sharp knowledge in a particular area due to which they can able to provide the information.I personally feel that one consultant basic quality requires is listening skills it menas that whenever you are listen to other at that moment of time you cant think about other things and you are fully devoted. so it is very important that you also have a good amount of patience to listen other. Perfect knowledge is very important otherwise you cant give any type of advice to other.Analytical skills also very important for anyone to interpret the things which is based on data otherwise it is only a wastage of money and time.
so at last it is my humble to all my readers that to become successful in the field consultancy they must have good listening skills is very important otherwise it is a big trouble for any consultant to become successful in corporate world.....

ASSESSMENT CENTRE

Assessment centre is one of the best techniques which is being used by lot of organization now a days for various purposes. Let first understand what is assessment centre it means it is one type of techniques which is used to identify two types of competencies one is primary that is meant for role specific and other is secondary that is meant for organization specific.Actually Assesment centre involves different types of exercises which can measuring the key competencies which exactly requires for performing in any  organization. It is one of the best methods which gives good result.Assesment Centre involves long term process in which two or three days is consumed to identify the core competencies. One of the best example of assessment centre is SSB which selecting the indian army officers it is full proof method of good competencies. 
Advantages of using Assessmnet centre is following:
1. Find the core competencies which is require in organization role.
2. Economical  for organization.
3. Increase the output for the organization.
4. Solve any type of disputes which is going on in  organization.
lot more advantages for organization.
At last I thought now good organization must use this assessment centre for finding out the right candidate for job.Definetely in future more and more organization will go to use this technique.

THINK ABOUT INDIAN ARMY PERSONNEL

An anguished delegation of military veterans returned over 2000 gallantry and distinguished service medals to the president to register their protest over the goverment 's stubborn denial of the long promised one rank one pension dispensation for retired fauji's.

Indian army who always protect our country from any type of attack from other country and terrorist. Why Indian citizen always forget the contribution of military in the year 1962, 1965 , 1971 , 1999 from all above wars Indian army play a very important role for the saving of life on Indians but very few of us know that now days what happen our central government ignore the work of soldiers who did good work before 2006 because they make discrimination in the pension of fauji who retire in 1986  they get only 82% salary of fauji who retire after 2006 . I think it is not fair because we know that our ministers salary is always increasing at a very consistent way and all we know that what kind of work politician do for country, our Indian military fauji  always ready to give their life for the nation and flag. than why they not deserve for equivalent salary.

But given the fact that military personnel retire at at a very early age ( beginning at 32 for sepoys and going to 54 years for most officers. Our country growing because Army gives us protection to do work with free of mind we are just for your safety. If any type of attack is happened in India they firstly call by our government they are always ready to give their just for al of us so why there is a discrimination in their salary. Why we forget in our country constitution already written is all citizens are equal.

At the end what could i say is just only " in snubbing military personnel who are sworn to lay down their life for the flag, it is the honor of the republic of india that is suilled. But alas, who cares..

A.R . RAHMAN " YOU CAN DO ANYTHING"

A. R . RAHAMAN is well in all over the world because the way he proves himself in the front of world that if you have a passion to do something and you are fully dedicated to your work than nothing in this world that you can't achieve but you need t be  patience and believe in yourself. Kareem Begum is mother of A.R. RAHMAN and three more children. Rahman had saw struggle in his life at the age of 11 years because his father died at that time and they don't have money to pay back rent so that's why Rahman sell the musical instrument of his father and drop out of school. He started in public at the age of 11 years. His mother could afford to send him to guitar lessons after his elder sister Rahianah had to drop out. After that Rahman had struggle a lot but finally in the year 1992 Mani Ratnam give him break in Roja movie where everyone appreciate his work and after that he got break in 1995 in Rangeela movie where he prove again himself. After that he never looks back and did lot of good movies like Guru,Ghajini,Lagaan,Rang de basanti etc.

But in the year 2009 he creates the history and set example in the front of world you can't ignore India because he sing song for  "slumdog millionaire" and got the TWO OSCAR AWARD and prove everyone that you can do any thing in this earth.He is the first person from India who got oscar award.

The working style of Rahman is quiet different: he starts work  from 6 pm to night to 3 am in the morning because he thought if u want to achieve the heights of success you need to do something different from others and in the night he got the most highest power of concentration. He prayed five times a day and never like any type of interfair in their work.Rahman also work only those people he close  because the energy utilize properly and they respect your work also. At the time of making of "slumdog millionaire" he worked 20 hours a day continously 3 days which proves that one person need to work hard to achieve the success.

At last he beleive in one thing:

"Music is such a beautiful profession. If you do it right, be clean. But it can also lead you to destruction since you are vulnerable to everything."

HR MANAGER ROLE IN AN ORGANISATION

Hi dear friends this article is dedicated to all my friends who are doing MBA  in HR  and those who will  work in the area of human resource . I have a lot of doubt from where i start this article but let i have to start. 

HR manager has the most challenging and impressive job in organisation because he or she has to deal with human capital of organisation . I  know that the most tipical job in this earth is to undersatnd and  deal with human behaviour , but most of the employee who is working in organisation they thought that hr manager is not doing anything just sitted in a single policy and framing the policy only . But it is not fair because hr manager has to accompish one of the most difficult task of company .like hr manager has to make the chart of performance evaluation, recruitment of employee in the company , training and development of employee and at the time recession they have downsizing the employee which is one of the most difficult task. 

HR manager has to make a good relation with top manager as well as with lower level also because they have to implement and supervise the policy also . In every meeting HR manager has to attend it and afterwards they have to give their opnion also .

At last there are lot of more work done by HR department but i dont want to waste your time in writing all this you can easily understand after reading all this .
